The location offers easy access to major attractions, with the tram station conveniently nearby. The staff are very friendly, providing valuable local tips. some areas of the hotel seem cluttered and in need of better maintenance, while the breakfast could use greater variety over longer stays. The rooftop view is stunning, especially during the evenings.

Access to the hotel is severely hindered since the road is often closed to vehicles, complicating taxi services, especially when hauling luggage. The communal areas have seen better days with cluttered equipment strewn about, and early check-in requests went ignored, forcing us to wait on the street for over an hour. Plus, the breakfast felt repetitive after a few days, and the lack of a restaurant or room service meant hiking up a hill for meals was the only option. A cramped quadruple room with a view of a crumbling rooftop was disappointing given the expectations.
